Kagman Elementary School
Dear Parents/Guardians:
Welcome to School Year 2015-2016! It is our pleasure to inform you of the following schedule for Kagman
Elementary School:
- September 9, 2015 – Parent/Student Orientation for grades K-2nd @ 9:00-10:00 a.m.
- September 10, 2015 – Parent /Student Orientation for grades 3rd-5th @ 9:00-10:00 a.m.
- September 14, 2015 – First day of instruction for all students (K-5th) – 7:50 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
During the parent and student orientation day, the teachers will be present to meet with parents and of course share
instructional goals and expectations for the school year.
We hope that our great moms and dads will be able to attend the above scheduled event, so that, you will be
knowledgeable of our school continuous improvement plans and to become our partners in your child(ren)’s
education.

Kagman High School
KHS orientation will be in the Cafeteria on the following dates :
- Thursday September 3: 1PM for Freshmen 3Pm for Sophomores
- Friday September 4: 1PM for Juniors, 3PM for Seniors
Students are expected to attend with their parents in preparation for the new year.
Families with children who attend different grade levels are encouraged to come at the time that is convenient to their child, however note that Freshmen and seniors should attend their scheduled sessions because some information is specific to their needs.
Marianas High School
Back to School Orientation for students/ parents:
- Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015, 9:00am-11:30am, MHS E Stage Area – Inviting all incoming 9th graders and new students to MHS.
- Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015, 9:00-11:30am, MHS E Stage Area- Inviting all returning 10th, 11th, & 12th grade students.
MHS First day of Classes: Sept. 8, 2015.
- 7:15am- all high school bus riders should be at the bus stops.
- 8:00am – 12:15pm Class Session.
- 12:15 – Lunch/ Dismissal
- 12:45pm – after school busses depart
Koblerville Elementary School
September 8, 2015 (Tuesday)- Parent and Student Orientation at 5:00pm at the cafeteria. Parents will meet with the school teachers and staff. School information will be disseminated.
September 14, 2015 (Monday)- First Day of School Schedule:
- 7:00am – Breakfast
- 7:30am – First Bell
- 7:50-12:00pm – Instructional Time
- 12:00pm – Dismissal
September 25, 2015 (Friday)- Open House from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Parents are encouraged to meet with their children’s teachers to discuss the students’ and parents’ expectations and classroom rules and procedures.
San Vicente Elementary School
SVS will be having a back to school orientation to discuss important information for school year 2015-2016. Students may accompany their parents/guardians during the orientation. Teachers will be available in their classrooms to meet with the students and parents/guardians to share expectations set forth for the school year. We encourage all SVS families to attend the scheduled orientation time, as we will be sharing important information regarding our modified school schedule and school policies. Orientation will take place in the school cafeteria.
- September 9, 2015: Parent/Student Orientation for Grades K-2nd @ 9:00-10:00am
- September 9, 2015: Parent/Student Orientation for Grades 3rd-5th @ 10:00-11:00am
Oleai Elementary School
Hello OES Turtle Families:
We encourage all parents and guardians of all K-5 students to come to our scheduled orientation to receive important information regarding SY15-16. The general session will start at 4:00 p.m. in the cafeteria followed by our break-out-classroom sessions so parents and guardians can visit their child’s homeroom teacher for classroom information.
School uniforms are sale at the office for $6 (any size).
Here is our Orientation/Open House Schedule:

San Antonio Middle School
Orientation – Tuesday, September 9th from 12pm – 2 pm
Hopwood Jr. High
Hopwood will not have an orientation rather it will be a Meet and Greet/Open House with the parents/students the first week of the school and if the power is back.
