This is to inform you that [Governor Eloy Inos] has signed into law Senate Bill No. 19-03, SS 1 entitled, “To provide for the selection of the Teacher Representative within the Public School System to serve as a Nonvoting Teacher Representative in the CNMI State Board of Education pursuant to Article XV, Section 1 (c), of the NMI Constitution; and for other purposes,” which was passed by the Senate and the House of Representative of the Nineteenth Northern Marianas Commonwealth Legislature.
