ACT Aspire | ACT Aspire is an assessment system that measures academic achievement in English, Math, Reading, Science, and Writing in grades 3 through 10. ACT Aspire is linked to the ACT College and Career Readiness Standards, research-based information that makes test results meaningful by connecting a student’s ACT Aspire score to specific skills and knowledge important for college and work success. Teachers can use this information to address areas for improvement, build on strengths, and most importantly—impact individual student’s potential. | Grades 3 through 10

SBA, a criterion-referenced test, developed locally to measure students’ knowledge of the standards and benchmarks in Chamorro Carolinian Language Heritage Studies and NMI History. WIDA ACCESSS for ELLs 2.0 | Help students and families understand students’ current level of English language proficiency along the developmental continuum;
Serves as one of the multiple measures used to determine whether students are prepared to exit English language support programs; Generates information that assists in determining whether ELLs have attained the language proficiency needed to participate meaningfully in content area classrooms without program support; Provides teachers with information they can subsequently use to enhance instruction and learning in programs for ELLs; Provides districts with information that will help them evaluate the effectiveness of their ESL/bilingual programs; |
Kindergarten to 12th graders identified as English learners.
Kindergarteners will use paper-based version of the assessment; online version for grades 1 to 12.

Alternate-Assessment (MSAA)
Multiple States Alternate Assessment |
Alternate assessments allow students with significant cognitive disabilities to be assessed on alternate standards that are aligned with common core state standards. Alternate assessments are designed for testing students who are unable to take the regular assessments, even when testing accommodations are provided. | Grades 3 through 8, and 11;
