Salutatorian Adina Christina Maratita Reyes is joined by her mother Cheryl Reyes after receiving the Commissioner of Education Award from Education Commissioner Dr. Rita A. Sablan and Associate Commissioner for Administration Glenn Muna.
Class valedictorian Mariette Barcinas was also awarded the Mayor’s Award presented by Rota Mayor Efraim Atalig. She is also joined by Lt. Gov. Ralph Torres, Senate President Victor Hocog, Senator Terry Santos and the Rota municipal council.
